Digital Subscription Terms & Conditions
1. Personal Use Only
All digital designs, charts, and patterns provided through the Broderie & Colour Box Digital Subscription are for personal use only. By subscribing, you agree not to reproduce, resell, distribute, share, or otherwise make the designs available to third parties in any form, digital or physical.
2. Copyright
All designs are the intellectual property of Broderie & Colour Box, Melanie COUFFE from Tom & Lily Creations, and Dominique Molière from Le Jardin d’Emilie, unless otherwise stated. No transfer of ownership is granted; subscribing provides a limited license to use the designs for your own stitching projects.
3. Guest Designers
Occasionally, Broderie & Colour Box features designs by guest designers. In these cases, the guest designer retains full copyright of their design. Broderie & Colour Box is granted a limited license to feature the design digitally for a period of two (2) months. After this period, the guest designer regains all rights, and the design may be removed or modified according to their discretion.
4. Downloads and Access
Designs are delivered as instant digital downloads via your private online account. You are responsible for managing your downloads and files.
5. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the subscription, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available once a payment is processed.
6. Account Responsibility
Your account details are personal. You agree not to share your login or account information with anyone else. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Modification or Termination
Broderie & Colour Box reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the digital subscription service at any time, with prior notice to subscribers where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Broderie & Colour Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the digital subscription or designs.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with French law.
